Seaworld birthday trip

The home was great. Neighborhood was nice & quite. Distance to the parks was ideal. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Miscommunication could have made the stay perfect. I would rent again.

Nice house but need some repairs

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful but a older house so plumbing was a issue and old blinds bc the slats kept falling. We were looking forward to hangout in the Jacuzzi all weekend but the water was not hot. Overall we had fun!

Our stay was good 👍🏽

The stay was good. Please be aware though that the property has a covers pool and hot tub. You will need to pay $160 for use of the “hot tub” or to have it heated. If not, it will be a covered pool and a “cold” tub 😂 If you have a family of at least 5, you may need to bring extra wash cloths (very few). Other than that, our stay was pretty good.

Family Gathering

The pictures of the property accurately reflect the home and pool. My husband and I wanted a place that could accommodate our adult grandkids, their cousins, aunt, uncle and grandparents. This house is very near a Publix, restaurants and Walmart. We were able to easily get to Universal, Disney Springs and Sea World. Paul and his dad were very responsive to our requests. When the dryer didn’t work they got a maintenance person within a few hours!

I arrived at the location on Monday

When I arrived on Monday I didn’t receive anything telling my how to access the house I emailed them three times before I got a response it took us over an hour and half to get in. The bathroom had something on the toilet saying they where clean but they wasn’t. I found trash under the beds but once we cleaned it we felt like we was at home.

Let me just start off by saying the house itself was very spacious!! My family and I loved the house for it space although the only rooms that had a tv in it was the main living room, the upstairs master bedroom, and one of the twin rooms. I had to contact the property manager about it because they didn’t make that known in the description at that time. I ask the manager about it they stated it’s suppose to be that one but due to it not being in the description they went ahead and brought out tvs for the rooms that didn’t have any. Over all the stay was very comfortable and roomy.

Nice Location

I have stayed in Legacy Park before and enjoyed the location. Our stay was nice. I do think however for a five bedroom house that sleeps 10 people, more than 1 trash bag and dishwasher pod sold be left for the guest

The home is large and accommodating however some what run down. the property management company is outstanding and addresses your concerns immediately. Made the house liveable for sure . The rug needs to be replaced and a larger fridge for families would be great. Updated kitchen utensils and products would help.Stove is very old .As with many Florida rentals. It has been let go and could be an outstanding place with updating .Patio furniture is old and only 4 chairs for outside along with 2 patio loungers We were six in total so hard to all enjoy a meal outside

Sparse but spacious home!

Spacious home with garage parking, great pool, and the property management company was very responsive. Even though we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed to find that there is no hot tub as advertised, just a spa. The home is well furnished but is sparse otherwise. We could have used more linens overall; there were no doormats, very few bath mats, no hand towels, kitchen towels or pool towels.

Overall good stay

Overall house is big and beautiful, but pool heating did not work, I called to property manager, he said need to inform before 24 hours. They need to add pool heating terms and conditions.
