Once upon a stay

The home was beautiful when we were finally able to gain access. However because of vacasa failure to provide security with the necessary information about our stay we were never given a passcode for gate. We were afraid to leave the premises for fear of being locked out on multiple occasions. We cancelled several events because of this

The property was beautiful. However I had difficulty accessing the property because vacasa or vrbo didn't provide the required documentation /information about our stay to security... Security states numerous times that there was no information on file and would not provide us entry through the gate. I called vacasa several times but the issue was never resolved. We became afraid to leave the house for fear of not getting back in. I believe we should be compensated for this error
