Welcome to your family villa near Disney – a relaxing Florida retreat designed for fun, comfort, & connection.

Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. High Speed WIFI and renovated kitchen and bathrooms in this Pool Villa.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 10 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows...Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Space & Comfort
This beach-themed retreat offers a welcoming layout designed for families and groups. With space for up to 12 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, including two master suites, a queen room, and a full-over-full bunk room. In the family room, two queen memory foam pull-out sofas offer added flexibility. Each bedroom includes a Roku Smart TV and ceiling fan, while the primary master suite opens directly to the pool and spa area.

Outdoor Living
Step into your private backyard oasis. The heated pool and spa are available year-round, surrounded by sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor dining area perfect for leisurely meals. Fire up the gas BBQ grill for an afternoon cookout, or enjoy access to nearby resort amenities including a shared gym, tennis, and volleyball courts.

Entertainment & Play
Inside, a fully air-conditioned game room invites fun for all ages with a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games. Stream your favorite shows on multiple Smart TVs or unwind in the spacious living area with a 65-inch HDTV. For families, a children’s playroom stocked with toys, books, and games offers hours of entertainment, complemented by an outdoor playground just steps away.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Prepare home-cooked meals or a casual breakfast before a day at the parks, and gather around the large dining table or the shaded patio for family-style dining.

Nice Property

I liked this property, it was in a nice neighborhood, the pool and hot tub were great. Management was very responsive and replaced the can opener that was broken the next morning.
