The one ice machine was out so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building. Big issue for me ( I don’t walk very well anymore) Also room was nice except for no microwave. Staff was nice. Mostly good value.

The room didn't has warm water, I asked for assistance in the lobby, but, the maintenance person didn't show up, I return to the lobby, stayed there for 2 hours and also didn't work, we ended taking cold showers, the Wifi connection is very poor and slow after 6 pm, the furniture in the room are old, the lobby is great modern the attention was great, only the maintenance guy that never showed up, I can that there were not attention at all. Front desk staff was nice and the hotel was handy for an overnight stay. It was a very basic hotel room as expected for the price and only frustration was there was no hot water for the shower which I saw on reviews also

Room was clean. Property is clearly old and would need to be fully remodeled. The night was $40 so you know it's not going to be a Hilton. For the price it was satisfactory. One thing is that it was quite noisy during the night like people would make strange noises. The staff was friendly.

The wing of the hotel we were placed in was covered in mold and had no hot water. I left as soon as I could and the hotel refused a refund and expedia refused to help me with anything either. Awesome.

Where do i even start. This place did not meet my expectations at all. To start off we began having issues with our warm water in the shower on our first day which was quickly fixed by staff but had to have the issue return later on and not be fixable. They offered to switch our rooms but took over an hour to actually switch us, in which i decided to just leave after all of the other issues. The hallways reeked of humidity and mold, which they only put an air purifier that would work for only about 2 hours and the smell would return. We found roaches in our room. The surrounding area doesn’t appear to be safe as well. I decided to give this place some grace the first few days but I definitely could not take it anymore. This place is good for maybe one night, not many.

Key cards were not working repeatedly. I put in a request for housekeeping like i was told to do and my room was not cleaned. The first room we went in the AC was not working. Got locked out of the hotel from one of the times the keycard was not working. Had to get it fixed 4 times. It was one of the worst experiences I've had the mispleasure of enduring. Will not return to this place even if they were the only hotel with a vacancy for miles.
