We had a great stay at this house. There were a few small things we needed help with and owners were quick to respond. We really enjoyed the size of the pool. The house is large and does have a few areas of general wear and tear but it wasn’t anything that bothered our stay. Highly recommend if you have a large group or just want a nice sized pool to yourself!

The home was beautiful. Parking is a nightmare if you have more than two cars. The internet was out for two full days of our stay. Villatel was very responsive. Villatel team responded to all request in a timely manner. Overall a good stay.

The house was very nice & clean. We had some issues with one of the washers, dishwashers and pool heat. They came out quickly but we never got the pool heat resolved, the pool was cold at least 4 days of our visit but they did come out. Needed more toewls. But the house was beautiful.

Other than the roaches on the kitchen island our stay was great… the house is beautiful just need a lot of up grades in the kitchen area. They did come several times to treat the house for pest.. I hope they succeeded The house is really nice…

Fantastic stay. Our clothes dryer broke and they sent somebody over to replace it very quickly. The house is extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. There was a mouse in the house we saw running around a few times and reported it to management twice but they never responded. We just wanted someone to maybe clean the floor we know there’s not a lot they can do about a mouse! . Not a big deal overall just a mouse.
