Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach.

Lakeridge Winery is a local Winery. Located 30 minuts away that offers wine tasting and loads of Activities on the weekends including Food Trucks.

Margaritaville is 10 minutes away and offers World Famous Estefan Restaurant owned by Gloria Estefan. A state of the art Water park. Shopping and loads of other Restaurants. Shopping and a Dine In Movie Theatre.

Weekends at Margaritaville includes Car shows. Artisan Flea Market and Live Concerts in the Evening in the Pomenade.

Island H2O is our closest and newest state of the art water park. Only 10 mins away

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sip your morning coffee on the sun-drenched patio as palm trees sway nearby and the soft sound of water ripples from your private pool. Later, cool off with a dip in the spa or unwind beneath the covered lanai as the evening breeze settles in. Every moment here feels effortless, whether you’re grilling by the pool or gathering inside for movie night.

Sleeping arrangements
This spacious 6-bedroom villa offers comfort and character in equal measure. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite features a king bed, 55" smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite includes a queen bed and 50" Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds designed for younger guests, while the Star Wars Suite offers two queen beds and a 50" smart TV. The Clearwater Suite provides a king bed, 55" smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The Moana Suite includes one queen and one full bed with a 50" smart TV.

Indoor living
Two inviting living areas include 50" and 65" smart TVs, ideal for family movie nights or relaxed mornings. The air-conditioned game room brings the fun indoors with a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and board games. A dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes an Airfryer stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics. A dining table offers space to share home-cooked meals. Breakfast is provided for your convenience, and the coffee maker and blender ensure easy starts to the day.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private pool and spa (optional heating available). The covered lanai offers a comfortable seating area and a propane BBQ grill, perfect for relaxed dinners after a day at the parks or resort.

Amenities & comforts
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace ensure year-round comfort. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, and toiletries are provided, along with a washer and dryer. Families will find thoughtful touches including a crib, high chair, children’s books and toys, and baby safety gates.

Smart lock self check-in, exterior security cameras, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms provide peace of mind. Free parking is available on-site and on the street.
