A Stunning Florida vacation villa located in the prestigious Aviana gated resort community close to Disney. This amazing home has every comfort and is decorated and furnished with top quality furnishings and equipment.

The pool deck area will be overlooking a pond that will add to your serenity and relaxation while here.

This wonderful Orlando villa is definitely a cut above the rest and it is easy to see that a lot of thought and expense has been put into the detail and quality of furnishings at the home.

There is a clubhouse, gym, pool, spa, lake, sun bathing decks, cyber café, putting green, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, games room, games arcade etc etc, this is a great place to send the kids and give yourself some quality time and peace and quiet.

This Villa is simply outstanding.
Aviana Resort is an exclusive private destination resort conveniently located in Southwest Orlando within 10 miles of the Walt Disney World entrance. This resort offers a unique vacation experience that includes delightful amenities and stunning tropical landscaping with the comfort of a beautifully appointed, private vacation villa. Accommodations are offered in select villas within the gated resort and provide beautifully furnished living areas, lanai's and private pool areas, fully stocked kitchens and private bedrooms and bathrooms. The resorts amenities include swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green.

Please note if you are being billed directly by the host, Fairytale Vacation Rentals, require photo ID and a copy of the credit card to verify all credit card transactions and will charge a 4% credit card processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, we also offer other methods of payments as well ( eg. checks, Zelle, ACH and wire bank transfers).


OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -

1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.

The property is very nice however you have to pay additional 200 to use the pool wasn’t a fan of that cause it should be included they will charge you it was hole in the wall upstairs sheets in pillows was dirty but the area in house is nice they do communicate with you

It was the perfect location, close to nearby golfing which was the whole point of the trip. The house has a ping pong table which was used consistently and enjoyed throughout the visit. However dishes were dirty. Dirty enough to go out and buy our own and bring home with us. Dead bugs everywhere including the Linens. Try to contact the property manager many times to turn the heat on in the hot tub. No one got back to us.

The view from the pool was great and the pool was facing north. Just the right amount of sun in February. The house was located in a quiet part of the neighborhood. This house would be a perfect stay if the owner invested money in the carpet, furnishings, TV, and washer and dryer. Also note if heating the pool it is all or nothing. The pool can get above 100 degrees and feel like a hot tub. The only way to lower the temperature is to contact the management to turn it off and on. The manager was responsive but this was a daily pain. Fix the place up and we would stay 3 months.

The house is huge but was dirty when we got there. No towels had to call management company. Rugs had stains everywhere there were roaches had to have management come and spray. Living room furniture needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. The house needs a deep cleaning rugs replaced mold building around shower walls. They should hire a new cleaning crew becaise when we went they floor was so stickey that we had to buy mops and clean the floors(mops they had were disgusting) to see if we can get it out and still nothing took my husband calling and telling them he wanted someone there to clean the kitchen and the garage where the previous renters spilled something and left it and that’s how you know the cleaners didn’t clean the house becaise they just left it. When I went to pull the bedding the mattress were stain and we sleep in stain Mattresses the least they couldn’t down was buy mattress covers so wer didn’t see it. Totally disgusted with this house just felt dirty they should not be advertising it on vrbo I paid a lot of money for the 10 days I stayed there never again

The Good: the house itself was spacious, plenty of rooms, and not far from Disney. The Bad: Walked in and dead ants were aligned down the hallway when you walk in. There were live ants in one of the rooms, all along the floorboards, the ceiling, the bed headboard which no one was comfortable sleeping in. The lights in the pool did not work. the air vents in the bathroom were beyond extremely dusty as if they are never cleaned. Many of the vertical blinds were loose and as soon as you opened the blinds they would fall. One of the bathrooms--the separate toilet room did not have a functional light and there is no window so that means once you closed the door you were completely in the dark. The outside trash bin was half full, thus we did not have enough room for garbage to be taken out during our stay. The UGLY: The television in the living room was so outdated it could not handle the digital programs and the colors were distorted and the ratios were not complete. The bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable (all of them), they were hard (not firm). Last, I called about the issues I had as well as sent a text through the app and NO ONE called back or returned my messages. Needless to say thank you for the stay but I would not return. And I do have photos of all these things.

The property is very pretty and well located, but we paid a cleaning fee and I have to say that is was dirty. There was a dirty towel, an empty drink and an empty raisin box in the garage. We also found a frog in the pool. When we took it out it was very stinky. Also there was no light in some of the rooms. I am very disappointed.

The rooms were very spacious. The floors could’ve been cleaned. The carpets were a bit worn and stained in several places. The pool was very nice. Some of the blinds stands broke off very easy when opening blinds. Bedroom box springs and mattress needs to be replaced in upstairs main bedroom, they were worn. Overall great place at a reasonable price.

Rooms and size of the property was great. Close to theme parks if you’re looking to go there. The air hockey table in the pictures was broken and the ping pong table was really worn. There was no soap in several bathrooms to wash your hands. No spare toilet paper or paper towels. We had to go to the grocery store to get necessities. Power washing was happening when we arrived and they soaked all the patio furniture.
