Spring break vacation
The stay at this rental was good. Very nice place and easy to locate. My only issue really is the communication with property manager. I sent a text on the night of arrival 4/5/2024 asking a question and never got a response. Thankfully we didn't have an emergency.

Very clean but a few maintenance issues.
House was clean and comfortable. Has some minor maintenance that needs to be attended to but overall a good value. Did not use the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate at all but it was clean and ready. Didn’t use grill either as it was extremely dirty and we didn’t have the time or materials to clean it. Would stay here again if the occasion arose. Very happy with the accommodations for the price.

The house layout was very nice. The amenities were also excellent. What I really appreciated was the quiet neighborhood. No barking dogs, loud music, noisy cars etc... The location was about 5-10 miles from markets and restaurants. Overall great stay. Better than any hotel.

We place 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and on a 2 night stay one would think that would be sufficient. Paper napkins is not an item we have supplied in the past.

Nice size home! Plenty of room to spread out for a family. The home was clean, the beds and couches in the family room were comfortable. The fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster worked great (we didn't use the stove/oven). The pool was clean and water felt great in the evening. Thank you for the stay!

Overall it was comfortable, spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Close to major routes and the kids enjoyed the pool A couple of issues with the AC but nothing that the property manager did not resolve promptly.

The pictures didn’t do the house justice! We were a family of 5 wanting separate rooms for the kids, and we were very pleased and excited to see how large the house really was. The pool was great and the property manager was responsive when we needed him. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Functional and clean
If you're looking for a decent place to stay and not planning to spend a lot of spare time at this home, it will satisfy your basic needs. It's clean, but dated. It's a very bare-bones property as far as supplies on hand. Be prepared to buy literally everything you'd need. No extra toilet paper except what is on the roll to begin with, no spices or cooking supplies of any kind other than dishes/appliances/pots/pans. No laundry detergent, and barely any dishwasher detergent. Since we were at parks all day everyday and just needed bathrooms for clean-up and beds for sleeping, it sufficed. The pool was clean and patio was nice if you have time to use it. Towels are very old and thin, and the stand-up shower in the master is very small. We arrived very late at night and had an issue getting the key out of the lockbox, but the property mgr got right back to us and solved the issue of resetting it. We also had an issue with prior trash in bins not being removed and spilling onto the property which we had to clean up, but when we made the prop mgr aware, they came out and took care of it immediately. If you come prepared knowing that you'll have the bare minimum of supplies, this house will fit your needs.

We need to stress this is self catering. We do leave extra toilet paper. But cooking supplies and spices is something we would not do purely from a hygiene standpoint.

Nice place in Kissimmee
The property was nice and quiet. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days with our dog. The house however is definitely large enough for a party of 8 or more. We didnt even use half of the house. The pond is very active with wildlife and it is very nice to sit out on the pool area. I would stay again. Make sure you visit Woodsbys cafe in the nearby area for an awesome breakfast we went twice!

Very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Pool area was a great place to hang out. Decor is dated but very nice. Only issue was a slight smell coming from either the dishwasher area or under the sink. Suspect some of the cleaning supplies need to be replaced but didn't want to mess anything up.

I have stayed in this neighborhood before but I really enjoyed the feels like home comfort of this house. Easy going and relaxed. We (operator error) couldn't get the lock box open when we got there and the manager answered right away. Totally clean and comfortable. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable!

There are bed bugs at this property. Thankfully Vrbo is amazing to work with and they provided a hotel because I found the bugs as soon as we entered the property. Walked in to clean the property and lifted up the sheets and there were bugs. Walked out of the house and called them and they set my family and I up in a hotel for the time we were in Florida.

This review is a real disappointment. The guest contacted VRBO made a complaint secured a home with them and as far as I know did not have to pay. We then got contacted via the guest and VRBO and had to give a full refund. At this point we had not had the opportunity to check it out and see if we had a problem with bedbugs. ALL mattresses and box springs have covers and so it was a surprise we had this complaint. We had to get a comprehensive report from the pest contractor and submit to VRBO prove we had no bedbugs

I arrived late at night, next day called owner with issues, left voice mail never heard from him. Following day, called again and voice box was full couldn’t leave message. Called office “out of service”. Sent email still no response. Called VRBO, gave them ALL complaints, they got ahold of owner, finally heard from owner. 1) Pool was not clean 2) Rugs were not cleaned 3) Beddings were not changed. One bedsheet smelled slept on. Another bedsheet had blood stains as if insect was killed in it. Screen around pool area needs to be repaired. Cleaning tools for grill should be replaced. Water hose by grill had a continuous leak. Sliding door should be oiled, aligned, it kept getting stuck and slightly off track. Vertical blinds should be replaced. Blinds were missing, rod to open/close blind was missing, rod to push blinds to side was missing. Most importantly, contact info should be up to date and property owner respond. Voice box for “Emergency” number was full and couldn’t leave a message. Office number was “Out of Service”. Owner wasn’t even replying to email. After calling VRBO and they opened a case, THEN my issues were addressed. Rugs were deep cleaned. Toys from bottom of pool were removed and chemicals were inserted. Bottom of pool was “somewhat” vacuumed. If pool isn’t cared for people can get infections ex: eyes, ears. Looking for “noodles” for pool, found a moldy, smelly wet blanket in the middle of box. Issues like this also reflects VRBO. After home has been rented, owner should check EVERYHING before rerenting. I felt lied to by owner. Rugs were NOT deep cleaned as he said he did. He said he had OFFICE number forwarded to his number cause he was away for the weekend. Yet, he never responded to any of the ways I tried to communicate with him. Home was spacious, beautiful but needs better taken care of. Not just for extra income. When I left the home, it was in better condition than when I came in. Will not be staying there again.

I want to say there were probably bed bugs because everyone in the house woke up to the same looking bites on their body, there was no toilet paper throughout the house, there was stains on the bed in one of the rooms, I’m positive the fridge was never cleaned before we got there because there was eggs in the fridge from the person who was there prior, the pool was dirty, the rug and the walls were dirty. Very disappointed with this rental. I never like to write bad reviews unless it is necessary and this was just a bad experience not just for my family but also my friends that stayed over as well.

Best family vacation
This house is so much bigger than it looked. We had 8 people and we were very comfortable. It had just about everything we needed. We were on a family vacation between 2 families and we didn't walk over each other. The pool was a ton of fun and there's a BBQ grill, so you have pretty much everything. If you want a nice house that's a great value and about 20 minutes to Disney world than I would look no further.
