Loved the suite and view of fireworks. Friendly staff, housekeeping did a great job. It was nice being able to use the large pool at the Dolphin. We would stay again.

This is the first time visit for my daughter and it was very memorable. The level of hospitality is top notch, special mention to Bella and Luke who assisted us during check in. Our room has an amazing view and was well kept.The pool was nice and relaxing. Kudos to management and staff.

This awesome property gives you a stay in the heart of Disney country with accessibility to ALL the Disney properties... a few being a short walk from the property itself. If you decide to stay on the immediate property the fine dining choices and local amenities will color you impressed.

This hotel had the lumpiest beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. None of the family walked away without back pain (other than our 8 yr old that slept on the couch)

Location is the only upside
Our toilet needed fixing, my key card did not work even one single day at the parking kiosk, staff aren’t the friendliest, the bed was hard and for what I paid it didn’t seem worth it. The only perk was the location and the ability to walk to Epcot.

This was a perfect hotel stay. Our room was in tip-top condition! The people taking care of the rooms and the front desk were very caring and helpful. The hotel has amazing views of Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and even a little Disney Springs. Fireworks shows were very entertaining.

Well kept property. The Signature Epcot View, Suite, 2 Queen(S), Sofa bed, Epcot view was PERFECT! Watched the fireworks from the windows. Very spacious living, dining area, Comfortable beds, and spacious bathroom with separate room for toilet.

Swan reserve
First room/night the room was very clean and enjoyed our stay. Second night/room, the room smelled like the previous people. Makes me wonder if the room was even cleaned except the sheets replaced. They moved me rooms, next room had hair on the shower wall and weird smell in room. I would possibly book again but I would look for other options first. Not really much to do at the hotel but it’s convenient to the highway and to Disney transportation and affordable. Definitely better than any Disney value resort

Great location. Great service. Does not feel like a Disney hotel- no gift shop- no convenience store. If you get your period or a headache, they have a service, but nowhere to go downstairs and purchase items. There is a coffee shop that is good and you can walk to Disney Boardwalk and Epcot which is great. Just feels like a normal hotel, not like a Disney hotel. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The beds were mediocre and the shower water pressure was meh. The shuttle takes time to wait for after a long day- either take the Disney one to the boardwalk and walk back or take an uber after a long day of walking through parks. This is a good option to choose if the Swan or Dolphin are booked up.
