Over all this resort is very nice and convenient. Inexpensive and convenient to get around. Lately they seem to have some maintenance issues like room doors not deadbolting computer issues throughout the hotel. Room service was apparently partial service as they took my dirty towels but failed to replace. Also never left any more shampoo/conditioner ect.

I would say its between a hotel and a motel. You can see its dated but that they refreshed rooms.. Exterieur rooms are older and because they are exterieur I feel moisture has set in the dresser drawers so would put clothes in because of smell of drawers. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 5 min walking distance to disney Spring. For the price and convenience of proximity to Disney Spring its good. Thank you Jennifer Rodriguez as well as the two ladies at the front desk. Bellman Olandi and maintenance Luis was very nice to chat with. Overall 7/10

This is our third time staying here as it is our go to. There were some slight issues this time around with miscommunication with the front desk staff and some items in the room not working (fridge for example which was fixed and the safe - which was not) but overall enjoy this hotel and its proximity to Disney springs.

Immediately after checking in we were handed a czrd and durected on how/where to pick up our "welcome gift". This was actually a presentation on time shares with an aggressive sales lady whos objective was to book us with a time share and required multiple firm NO's before releasing us from the conversation. The bathtub faucet leaked ALOT the entire stay. It never actually shut off.

I want my info out of your system. That was called bait and switch and is against the law
