"We had a wonderful time."

"The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

"Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting."

"This is our second time staying at this cottage. It's convenient, comfortable, and the hosts are attentive. This trip we saw the herring run in West Dennis. There are so many sights and activities within driving distance."

We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. "My friend and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. My friend had not visited the Cape in a long time so it was fun for both of us to go exploring. And it was great that the cottages were right on the beach so we did not have to drive anywhere to soak up the sunshine."

"We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!"

"It is an unusual place but we enjoyed our stay. The Wellfleet location was great for exploring the mid and outer cape. There were beautiful new appliances and the interior was spotless. Some things were stored in unusual places, and we never found a dustpan. The property is very overgrown interfering with access to the house and the outdoor shower. The indoor shower was smaller than expected and my spouse had difficulty using it The directions to the property could be more specific. We arrived...
