“Issues: No bedding supplied for the pull out. Eventually partially supplied and then asked to check the dryer for it. The TV remote did not work, which you need to use the fire stick so no TV. There’s a coffee maker but no mugs. The light over the kitchenette area didn’t work. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Initially good response from the host then nothing. Left a day early. When we informed the host we were leaving she then said she would move us to another unit but didn’t offer until……

“Host was great at communicating. Condo was perfect size for all of us. Location was not ski in/ski out, very limited parking, no variety of games, amenities such as rec center are not open stated hours, they have cut back. Condo has not been maintained , broken fireplace, walls painted in different shades to cover damage, interior doors damaged, ceiling peeling because of water damage, bathroom in smaller unit has lots of damage. Very disappointed as all properties we have stayed in……

“Overall the room was generally clean but there were definitely maintenance things that needed to be taken care of; dead batteries in remotes, dead light bulbs, cob webs in corners, garbage under the bed, fire place didn’t work, etc. Unfortunately the toilet did not work the entire time we were there and we had to cut our stay short. Now we are unable to get in contact with the owner to get any sort of refund for the trouble. I have been completely ghosted. ”

“If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, this place was a great price, with plenty of room for two families. But don't expect anything more. The listing shows ski in/out which is misleading, and it's not a 2-3 minute walk...be prepared to hike through deep snow to access the top of the lift. The unit wasn't very clean, inside drawers and cupboards was dirty with food bits. The couch looked dirty with hairs stuck to it. Many things are broken (fixtures, both shower knobs falling off,……

“The surrounding area of the building is quiet and was good for a getaway. Host communication was good and thorough. However, basic amenities were not provided as listed, i.e. missing toilet papers, tv/tv remote wasn't working and power was cut off for a section of a unit, so we couldn't even use the kettle to boil water. There were 3 random pods of coffee left for use, but they were so random that at the end of the day, I wasn't sure if they were supplied to me or whether I was supposed to bring……

“This place has a lot of potential! Accomodation was clean and updated. The kitchen lacked some supplies and while there was a fantastic air mattress for the kids, there were no blankets supplied. The pool and facilities were lovely after a day on the slopes. ”
