「All of the Staff were super friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk allowed us a half hour early check in. Room was very clean with all the amenities that you would expect. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and appetizing. This is my new go to place while in Fredericton from here on.☺️」

「I enjoyed my stay. The bed and pillows were fantastic and our room was clean. The only things I was a little disappointed with is the breakfast and Hot Tub. The breakfast didn’t have much hot choices and didn’t look appealing. The Hot tub was great temperature but the jets were not very strong.」

「The 6th floor renovations are good but the sound-proofing needs to be improved! The voices of people in the corridor were bad enough, the ones of those in the next room were worse! Perhaps where there is a connecting door between rooms, it could be insulated more thoroughly?」

「WiFi service is unacceptable. Unable to use our streaming due to everything freezing and then minutes later if would catch up. Even tv took minutes to connect to the channel and the position of the tv isn’t set correctly. Couldn’t watch from bed No coffee machine in the room but realized it was because it is to encourage you to go to their cafe which was charming. Really too bad about the WiFi because we will probably not go back. 」

「The apartment is, as advertised, a very attractive basement apartment. Be prepared for some challenges getting in and out through the garage door, but other than that, I had no real complaints about the cleanliness or amenities of the apartment. One other possible word of warning - the soundproofing leaves a bit to be desired, so you will hear a lot of noise when people upstairs are walking, but that's a decent tradeoff considering the amenities and price of the rental overall.」

「Easy check-in, fast response time for communicating with the host and many amenities including TV and couch in cozy living room, pots and pans, a microwave, a stove and oven in the kitchen, dining room with table and chairs. The only thing was that the bathroom shower head was low because of the low hanging ceiling. Thanks for hosting us!」
