「The cabin was dirty and unsafe. The stair treads were breaking. Inside the furniture was dirty and broken. The curtain rods and curtains were broken. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and the shower head was duct taped in place. Duct tape was also used to hold the sliding glass door in place on the back porch. We didn’t feel safe staying there with our children so we left. I do not recommend booking at this property.」

「My wife and I rented this lovely little cabin for 3 nights and would have loved to stay 3 more. The history is super cool and there are a bunch of items and memorabilia on the walls relating to the cabin making for a really unique experience. Don’t expect it to feel like a modern hotel room. 「Easy parking, kind and hospitable hosts. More camping then glamping - is great for those with that level of need and expectation. Pit toilets (as advertised) but could smell at my campsite.
