「Pros:• Great location. I walked around downtown, and frequented Lower Park. It's a lovely neighborhood with wide streets and tons of trees.• The fan in the living space and the shade around the bungalow kept the temp really manageable without having to blast AC on the 92 days I was here. • It's comfortable and cute inside. 「This was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was here, a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, full size kitchen sink and bathroom! I was worried about the heat Chico is known for but the living and bedroom areas were both very cool and comfortable. I definitely recommend this perfect rental.」
