“Great location and breakfast, also the helpful staff”

“For the service highlight: The tall, thin man, who helped us with our luggage, always with big smiles on his face and greeted guests when they were back hotel. And after we called for room air problems, he came to see the air conditioner thing and helped us to change a room with window. Special thanks to him! Room hightlights: Room is new, clean and well designed. Bed is super comfortable!! We had really wonderful deep sleep there. But the air conditioner worked very slow, sometimes we……

“When in Vilnius I always stay in Hilton Garden Inn. it’s located in the heart of the city, the rooms are big, clean, staff is super helpful and nice. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is their breakfast, it’s not bad, but quite mediocre. ”

“A very nice hotel situated in the centre of the old town. The room is very nice, luxury, beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great. However my room is a little bit far from the lift while the signs are not clear - easy to get lost. And the hotel is a quite far from public transport so i need to take a taxi/uber to transfer from/to the train/coach stations.”

“There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! ”

“Die Räumlichkeiten des Hotels sind kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Ich hatte wohl ein Standard Zimmer und war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Bad und auch der Rest wirkten neu und es war ruhig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß und schmackhaft. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Zur Kathedrale sind es 2 km zu Fuß. Man kann auch einen der Busse mit Haltestelle vor dem Hotel nehmen. Die Zimmer werden auf Wunsch hin gemacht, wenn man es wünscht und anmeldet. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. ……

“Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.”
