The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Maremma Chic property. We had a rough trip from California, with plane diversions, rental car issues and a long drive to the property, arriving late at night, but the lovely property manager waited at her restaurant and had dinner-to-go for us and directed us to the rental. The property was just as described and perfect for our visit — convenient to the adorable town of Sovana and all of the local sites we wanted to see. The pool was heaven-sent after a long day of...

「Marco and Sara were both great at communicating the check-in/check-out process. The location was close to Civita walking bridge and Bagnoregio is a quaint city. Le Vie Del West is a sushi restaurant that turned out to have some of the best rice noodle dishes that we’ve had. The house was clean and had a piano our son enjoyed playing. There were also treats left for us which were a welcome site. 」

「The village of 35 people is quaint and tidy. The only problem was it was hard to find. Google Maps led us astray and some lovely women in a nearby villiage helped us to phone the owners. The fact that we arrived during siesta may have been part of the problem」
