Property is very nice, the property is better than the online photos, sunrises are breathtaking from the mater bedroom or balcony. Very clean, quiet property. Close to everything.

Very nice updated condo. Exceptionally clean and all the amenities you would need. Beautifully decorated. Quiet, easy access with parking. Great location for restaurants and bars. Boat slip and PWC slip included which is very rare. Outstanding 5 star rating from us. This will be our go to condo rental going forward.

The condo was very nice and clean. Just had issue with the thermostat. It happened twice when you leave condo for 4 hours, you come back and temperature is up to 81 and 83 degrees! Then it takes over two hours for condo to cool back down. Not good when you come in from the heat and trying to get ready to go out for dinner.

Beside the nosey neighbor downstairs who made it very clear that we had to whisper and tip toe the whole time we were in our condo the place was beautiful, he do it make it to where we wouldn’t rent that again. If you have children I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s all older people who want quiet even in the pool. But the property management company was very responsive and the place was very clean as advertised.
