Great location and a very comfortable stay - close to all the Namba shops but a couple of streets away so nice and quiet. Good communication with people at the hotel. Roomier than a hotel, excellent bathroom / drying room and small but useful kitchenette.

This was a great place to stay as it was convenient to public transport, food, Dotonbori, etc. The staff were very nice and the room had everything you need for a short or long stay. I would stay here again!

Generally the accommodation suited our needs although they misrepresented the images of the room we reserved to make it seem much larger. Was rather cramped. Location is good for getting around the city and transportation services. Staff were friendly although very disappointed that the cleaning staff soiled my hat by putting it in the garbage with food.

The apartment is very clean and the hotel Staff is so nice! Even the Area where the Hotel is located at is amazing, because you can reach for example Namba or Dotonbori in 10-15 minutes by walking. We enjoyed staying there and if we ever come back to Osaka we will going to stay there again.

Location is superb. Walking distance to dotonborri around 1.6 km which saves the hassle of train. Kuromon market is just around the corner which makes food option easy. Would recommend to have cleaning supplies handy as we stayed 3 nights and would be nice to be able to clean the floors or area while we are there. The room we stayed comes with a washing machine and a drying option in the toilet which was very helpful for our family with kids. I also like how there are foldable bed options which gives everyone the space they need.

From Osaka airport take the train to Namba station(Nankai Namba) then walk approx.750 meters to the hotel/apartment.This is not a hotel per se but kinda like an apartment.usually check in/out is self service but instructions are clear by email.place looks exactly as posted.clean , safe, in the middle of everything in Namba.Space is big by Japanese standards.convenience stores, restos,shops, mcdo,wendys,starbucks,don quijote, BIC nearby.would stay here again.

Large rooms and close to everything.

Stay here if you are family. I highly recommend. We stayed there as family of five. It is hard to find hotel rooms that are large enough in Japan. All hotels are very small, but this one was different. Plenty of room to spend some time in the room as well. It was close to everything but not too close to the all the noise. It was walking distance to central tourist areas. I would highly recommend to a family who requires larger rooms.

Amazing place to stay!

This place was a brilliant home base while exploring Osaka and the wider Kansai area. While it's not on a JR Lin if you're using the JR Pass, it's a 5min walk from the closest subway line, so despite it looking far out it's actually really close. I loved having our own washing machine so we could do our own washing, and the room was easily adaptable to our needs with a heat pump and balcony for airing/heating. The only thing is that the link on the website for direction leads you to the place next door instead of here. The real name of this place is Pier Grace Kozu, despite the booking being for PG Kuromon so be careful about that.

Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. Our TV didn't work upon arrival but we never bothered to ask them to fix it. We also left a pair of headphones there which were claimed to not be found but again that's more on us for the mistake. The fridge and microwave were convenient.

This place was a gem and within walking distance of 10 to 20 minutes of the most popular places for dining, shopping and cultural sights like temples / museums. It sits in a neighborhood surrounded by local businesses which I suggest people support and truly worthy. You will receive really genuine treatment and courtesy. We booked 1202 - roof top with balcony and clear view of the city. Its spacious just like many noted in their reviews compared to other places. Theres a foyer upon entering which provided extra space to store your luggages and shopping bags. The bathroom is spacious ( wish there was a full body mirror), the toilet is separate from shower which is a plus. We didnt do any cooking but the place provides the basics. A 711 is about 25 steps to the right of the building for quick bites and ATM. I was proven wrong when I snobbed the coffee / latte machine. It was actually pretty good. Lol Theres a local mom and pops bakery which is open early if you're a morning person or jet lagged. DELICIOUS hot pastries.The owner was a sweety. The lobby with sitting area, an elevator, a front desk with a human vs machine from 10am to 5pm. They allow luggage delivery and will hold your luggage until 5pm for those with late flights. Plus * soft & comfortable beds/beddings * big windows/open floorplan, clean * outdoor access * staff speaks English and were very nice What needs improvement: Response to inquiry/questions via chat. It takes a few days to get a response.
