"A vibe of a hotel that once was great and is falling into disrepair. Before booking I was debating between this and another hotel which was a few thousand yen more expensive. I rather wish I had booked the other one. It’s not that this place is bad….but it’s not really worth the price either. To start with, we booked a non smoking room. "The room and the entire property were beautiful, full of charm, and impeccably clean. Everything was very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again."

"The half board package was excellent. The breakfast and dinner were scrumptious and elaborate. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The sea view from our room was stunning and yes, the onzen, sauna and the cold plunge in our suite were great! Kudos to the team!"

"Loved the room"

"The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
