The location is excellent! The place was great and very clean. I’d suggest some instructions for the heater ( we were so cold). I’d also stress the close proximity to the express train to the airport!! It was fabulous.

Courtyard facing apartment
Handy location apartment that came with amenities and full kitchen ware. We needed a bedside lamp fixed, housekeeping was prompt and also brought clothes drying horse swiftly when asked. It could do with more lights tho, we thought it was a bit dark around the kitchen/dining area. Otherwise everything else works 😃. We would certainly stay there again 🌟

Clean and comfortable rooms.
Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location with lovely staff. My only issue was noise from workmen right outside the windows which woke us at 7:30. We had arrived late the night before after travelling down from Tromso so could have done with a lie in. I understand that sometimes work needs to be carried out but if so then it should be mentioned when booking to enable guests to make an alternative choice if necessary. If it was not for this I would have given a higher overall score.

Great apartment and location
Wonderfully located apartment in the centre of town, close to multiple key attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean and the check in/ check out function seamless. IT would be good to have an iron in the room but apart from that ideal. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay again

Perfect location- washer and fully stocked kitchen- next to public transportation- small convenience store adjacent to the building- beautiful courtyard view - and very responsive team via WhatsApp- would go back any time!!

Location is very central. The building itself has a bit of construction going, so it's bit messy in the central courtyard. I wasn't fussed, as there was no noise. But they provided some snacks and discount as an apology. The room itself is very nice, small but does the job. There is a fridge and washing machine - they provide washing pods and there is a laundry horse in the communal area you can borrow. Only negative thing is that the shower isn't entirely water-tight along the floor, so the floor gets very wet by the toilet. There are also lockers in the building that you can use for storage if you need to leave your bags behind after check-out. The check-in/out process is entirely online - you're provided with a code to get in. They will Whatsapp you regularly with automatic messages. Also provided are Shampoo, Moisturiser, Dish-washing liquid, cutlery, crockery, kettle, and stove. They fit a lot into such a compact space.

This property is terrific. Located about 6-7 minutes to Oslo Station. Easily walkable to most points of interest. The room was exceptionally clean and although the bus stop is in front of the building, it is very quiet. Public transit is just a few steps out of the plaza. There are free storage lockers. Lovely stay.

Great location - 10 minutes from the main train station. Close to great shopping, good restaurants, and all of Oslo's downtown sites. Walking distance to the harbor and it's offerings. Checking in and out was a very simple process. Just follow the directions provided. The room was efficient, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Oslo.

Low key small and quiet, right in the center of oslo with immediate access to bus service, beautiful old building newly renovated with modern rooms, clean and spacy for the small room we got, easy contactless check-in and out, communicative customer servoce via whatsapp.

Would not recommend a place that requires distant
Roms are clean and comfy. But the communication with the numa was a disaster i didn’t recive the check in details and to nagvigate find a number to call was very difficult. It’s a teachnical error but if this is your frist time with this way of hotel apartment i would just be much simpler with a standard hotel so you won’t have the hassle and stress with figuring it out whom to contact. Also the front door was jammed on the inside luckily there was also someone on the way out we stood there for around 15 min trying to opening the door.

Nice location, Nice place. Very roomy room and bathroom. The only thing was the check in where I didn't received any email regarding the check in procedure to get access to the building but outside there was a whatsapp number to contact them and the help to get me in was quick. Also hotel.com info to contact them is incorrect.

La struttura è stata la miglior scelta che potessimo fare a Oslo. Pulita, funzionale, sicura, silenziosa. La camera era provvista di tutto il necessario: cucina (con microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè nespresso, pentole, posate, bicchieri, tazze, olio e condimenti), bagno spazioso, lavatrice, e letto comodissimo. Sebbene si tratti di una struttura che non prevede pulizie quotidiane (possono essere effettuate su richiesta, a pagamento), ha un'enorme comodità: c'è una stanza comune all'interno della quale è possibile lasciare gli asciugamani sporchi e prenderne di puliti tutte le volte che se ne ha bisogno. Inoltre in questa stanza è possibile prendere altri condimenti per la cucina, detersivi, spugne, capsule di caffè, o qualsiasi altra cosa già presente nella stanza, nel caso ci fosse bisogno di prenderne delle altre. Il tutto in maniera totalmente gratuita. Nella stanza comune c'è anche un comodo armadio per lasciare i bagagli in hotel custoditi sotto chiave nel caso si volesse fare un ulteriore giro in città dopo il check-out, oltre ad uno stendi panni e ferro da stiro in caso di necessità. Il personale non si incontra mai, la struttura è tutta automatizzata, dal check-in al check-out, ma ciononostante sono sempre disponibili 24/7. Abbiamo avuto un dubbio sul cambio camera, oltre che sul riscaldamento, e sono stati pronti a risolverlo via whatsapp in tempi record. La posizione della struttura è fantastica, vicina alla fermata dell'autobus. Consigliatissimo!

Aunque no hay recepción, la comunicación via whatsapp es instantanea, te atienden a cualquier hora intentando ayudarte en todo momento. Y las instalaciones tal y como muestran las fotos. Productos de baño muy completo. Realmente lo recomiendo.
