「Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, trotz eines alten Hauses. Hier hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben. Alles sehr sauber. Leider lag das Zimmer direkt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass es sehr laut war. Wenn man das Zimmer zum sehr schönen Hof gehabt hätte, wäre es sicher besser gewesen. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, wo man sehr gut übernachten kann.」

「Good clean room, easy check-in, friendly staff, lots of parking. Only not 5 stars as the rooms do not have air conditioning and it was a heat wave when we stayed (should be noted that the hotel did not claim to have air-conditioning, we just weren't expecting the heatwave in May)」

「職員好nice，需要幫助時有適切回應。不過房間設施比想像中少，沒有熱水煲、洗手液或肥皂、面巾。三人房張單人床出乎意外竟然係衣櫃裡，感覺麻麻地，感覺好似瞓在衣櫃裡。。。。以及售賣機只能收硬幣，不能收卡或紙幣，比較落伍呢，亦增添房客麻煩呢！」

「Dans son ensemble, l'hôtel est de qualité et propose de nombreux services permettant à tous de trouver son bonheur. Mention spéciale pour le SPA et les massages qui étaient vraiment géniaux ! Également le concert d'ouverture de la terrasse qui était vraiment top! Par contre sur les activités, il y a toujours des bonnes idées mais mal entretenues ce qui gâche le plaisir : terrain de mini golf extrêmement basique et non entretenu donc très difficile de jouer. Balles de paddel très abîmées ne...

「Beau château mais les chambres d hôtes ne sont pas dans le château et pas visitable . Les équipements sont vieillots surtout le carrelage qui est cassé ( risque d accidents adultes ou/et enfants ) la nuit jardin pas du tout éclairé , petit déjeuner basic ! 」

「This is ideal for a stopover coming off the ferry. We had a family room. The kids beds were upstairs (pretty steep stairs) but it had a gate at the top for safety. The room is small but has everything you need to sleep for one night. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good and made the morning very easy. The hotel is conveniently situated near major roads and next door to an Aldi.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tje location was ideal, close to the beach and the port.」

「A nice room with welcome air conditioning and a comfortable bed, but overall the experience was disappointing given the expectations of the price point and Mercure brand: only paper cups provided in lieu of glasses; dreadful coffee in the room with only powdered milk that was well past its due date; and paying extra for a sea view is not worth the money as all one can see is a derelict outdoor swimming pool. Bike parking was fine.」
