“It's an elegant older house with lots of room for company. Family friendly. The pool was great. My family enjoyed it.”

“We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. ”

“Second stay. Furniture etc a little worn since last stay, which was shortly after it opened. Everything was clean. Bed comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant. Would stay again.”

“To be honest, there are a few hotels of choice that I stay at depending upon where I stop. But when I do stay at the Holiday in Express, it is always clean, check-in and check out is quick. There are good choices for breakfast, but somehow, I always manage to miss bacon day. 😆 parking is free.”

“Clean room”

“Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff!”

“Good”

“Hotel hasn't been updated in 3 decades. They have enormous Amana heating/cooling units in each room that turn on every few hours blasting the room in noise. They charge you $3.00 for a bottled water. After $35.00 in taxes and fees they hit me with another $20.00 when we checked out only $10.00 of which was refunded. And awful old carpets (that can't be properly cleaned) on the floors. Ugh.”

“I do like that the mall is across the street from a hotel. It is what you expect from a hotel with this price on it so don't expect a lot. What I will say is that the room was not that clean. My room still got a strong cigarette smell even though I got a non smoking room.”
