“Nicer than the pictures—we only got to stay one night, but we would return when we travel through Bergen again. A plus that it had an elevator instead of having to get our luggage up the stairs. We cooked in the kitchen and found that we had what we needed to get the meals together. We also were able to do a load of laundry, a plus. They view was wonderful, and the owner has plants on the balcony which made it feel cozy. For us, having some space to spread out versus just a hotel room is a huge……

“The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“Good size apartment in a good location. It is on a fairly steep cobbled hill which was a bit difficult with a stroller and large suitcase. The bed was not very good very squishy and a mattress topper used to compensate but this was also way too soft. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. The pillows also extremely thin and small. The shower was very good, nice and powerful and warm. Kitchen was ok with a functional dishwasher but lacking some simple things like hand or tea towels.”

“We especially appreciated the soap to use with the washer and dryer. After traveling for a few weeks, we were grateful that we could easily do some laundry!!”

“Schöne Unterkunft mit Supermarkt vor der Tür und guter Bus-Anbindung nach Bergen. Besonders hat uns die direkte Lage am Wasser, die Sauna und die Ruhe vor Ort gefallen. Der Eigentümer Chris ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend.”
