Otago

“The Kinloch team is friendly and caring, especially helpful in all adhoc incident. Dishes prepared by Chef John is tasty and colorful. It was an excellent experience staying in Kinloch, highly recommend to friends.”

“It states "Free parking" in my invoice, but the staff said we need to pay NZD15 for a night for parking. And the parking area is very tiny.”

“8 bed dorm was really spacious. Loved the curtains, really made it feel cosy and cocoonlike. Comfy duvet and pillow and CLEAN. Super warm too, really felt like a home away from home. The staff, especially Martin, was really helpful. Would stay again when I’m back in Dunedin.”

“No refunds is practically theft. We paid and received nothing. Phone call was ridiculous also, no conversation, no reasons, do they even speak English here? Infuriating experience. ”

“I loved the historic building, right in the old precinct. Homely, comfortable & great kitchen, lounge, bathrooms. Supermarket & shops all very close. Staff are helpful & friendly. A "home away from home".”
