"My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and the one issue that arose during our stay was addressed by an amazing staff almost immediately. This is a wedding focused hotel, so it's quaint and very well maintained. It was also very close to the Sapporo TV tower and Odori park, which made it a perfect base for getting around the city.."

Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Otaru again."
