“Very cozy place. We spent two nights, neighborhood was pretty good, quiet nights. Rooms very clean and spacious. Just few details grill was dirty so I have to cleaned in order to cook first night and pool table is kind of old and we have to fix it since was lean or unbalanced. Kitchen very good and fully stacked with everything we need. Hot water is not enough for 9 people trying to get ready but everything very good! ”

“The host was super attentive. The house itself is a little off the beaten path, which was exactly what we were looking for. There's an outdoor firepit, and indoor wood burning stove with firewood available for use. The beds are comfortable, and TVs in each room. If I go back to the Ruidoso area again, I will definitely try to stay here again.”

“This property is amazing! Perfect size for our family ( 6 adults) kitchen equipment with everything you’d need. We enjoyed the gas fireplace everyday and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The only drawback was satellite/streaming was a bit in and out however I’m sure that’s just the hazards of satellite and weather. We will definitely be back .”

“the outside of the barn is a little misleading (old and not great looking) walked inside and it’s very well kept and incredibly nice and comfortable. there was some dusting that needs to be done and the laundry machines needs to be updated or repaired. they don’t work very well and squeal very loudly. other than that it was a great place to stay with my kiddos. great location. beds were very comfortable and clean. we had everything we needed for our week long stay. wildlife every morning right……
