"There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water."

"Staff was nice. Room was clean. There's a pool table and pool. No jacuzzi though. Wish the staff would limit pool table to 1hr. A couple kept it busy all night so that was a bummer. Still a great place to stay, especially for the price. "
