「有一天晚上外面有宴會，非常的吵鬧，吵到半夜，讓我的客人睡不著，隔天走道地毯上鋪了好幾條抹布，很臭我猜想應該是前一天宴會的客人吐在地毯上，真的很不舒服的經驗」

We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00 On the same night around 3 in morning the electricity stopped working we thought it was a general problem but after coming back to the hotel at night we found out it was only our room that had this problem we asked for anything but no one replied i...

「The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it. The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help. We had a balcony which was lovely to look at the water outside and the windmills, but...
