"My first visit to Silverton and I'm so glad I chose to stay at The Avon! Loved the charm of this place, very fitting to the full experience of a mountain town at high elevation. The whole establishment was kept very clean, bathrooms are clean and stuffed with clean towels and toiletries, the kitchen/bar/living room area is very roomy. "Great little hotel in a lovely historic building"

"Room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and it was a great location! The staff took great care in preparing the room, as you could see from the details taken with towels, bed linens, lighting etc. The owners of the hotel were extremely, helpful with suggestions for food and shopping. The hotel property itself was very pretty, with a deck, hot tub, seating areas, fire pit and beautiful baskets of flowers hanging thoughout the outside of the hotel and planters on the deck. It was all very welcoming! Would stay here again!"
