Cozy Room

The place was cozy and easy to get into. The walls aren't very well insulated though, so hearing the neighboring renters and vice versa is not too hard. Also, when the cleaning lady comes to prepare the neighboring unit for new renters it gives the sense that at any moment someone's going to walk into your unit, which did happen (by the property manager) on accident. That aside, we enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the location, and enjoyed the tub a lot. If we visit Ouray again we'd stay at the same place.

Perfect space for couple

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Ouray. It was within walking distance to everything in town. Communication with the host was great as well. We discovered one evening that there was no iron and within an hour or so one was dropped off to us. We did not cook any meals but but loved the fact that we could walk anywhere for breakfast or dinner. In my opinion, this was a much better set up than staying at a hotel. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure in the shower was slightly an issue once or twice, but not enough to make us not return. We hope to be back in the future!

Nice Spot

The only issue we had was that the access code was wrong on our check in info. Somebody switched the digits when inputting it probably. We got 1243 instruments of 1234 as an example. It wasn’t a big deal and the host quickly addressed it and got us in.
