「The rooms were clean which is a very big priority for me . Most of the staff and a not friendly. My biggest issue was the breakfast buffet at The Tides . #1 the buffet assortment is very basic #2 we waited 45min for an omelette due to the staff not being prepared , even though the restaurant was open the staff member at the omelette station was not prepared nor in a hurry to start services . For the price of a basic buffet I would at least expect better service . Not everyone was unfriendly but...

「Gorgeous views but the room was outdated. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall, the sink facet had no pressure so they removed the screen which just made the water spray everywhere when in use, and the shower handle kept falling off. Also the toilet was leaking. They need some serious updating. The property location was stunning but we couldn’t enjoy it after 5pm because the sand flies were out. They were so horrendous.
