「This was our 1st time to stay at The Inn and it won't be our last. Staff was very nice, the room was very clean. We had a river side room and even though we were close to the Parkway, it was quiet when we sat on our patio.」

「Our stay here was very nice for our five days stay. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, I have back problems and it didn’t hurt my back. I wasn’t feeling well prior to the day we checked in and I became worse the day after we arrived. The room was quiet enough for me to get the rest I needed. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was great. Our housekeeper daily checked and restocked our needs. The property was very nice and the outdoor/indoor pools with a hot tub...

「Nice an d clean in a pleasant location. Nice pool. On our arrival , as we did not know the area we asked the reception staff about the area and where to visit etc, she was uninterested in helping us and not very pleasant. Most of the staff seemed miserable, with a few exceptions.」

「The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and the breakfast was good.」

「Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.」

「Room was okay for the price and pretty clean. The cleaning staff came EVERY DAY during our 3 night stay which was great. When you got 3 little kids, you go through toilet paper and towels fast! Everything was very convenient. It was also pretty quiet considering the number of small children staying at the Inn. Would totally stay again.」

「The check in staff member gave us the wrong time to arrive for breakfast so we were an hour early and had to leave and come back in an hour. Food was mediocre and definitely not on the level of your property in Ocaka, FL. There was a horrible stench outside our room too.」

「Visited from Michigan and we very much enjoyed our stay here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the pool and being able to sit out front of room and enjoy the view. We will definitely be back ❤️」

「This hotel was in a great location!! It’s across the street from Tanger and you can walk to dinner at the many restaurants located near by. There is even a aranch practically next door with activities for the kids. The NASCAR track is across the street. As well as. My first turn to the area and if u visit again I would stay there」
