"The basement had a ton of spiders in the bathroom. The basement bathroom tub drain was very slow and the bathroom door did not lock. There was also no place to take the trash. "
"We had a great time. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen/dining/living room was the perfect area for gathering. The rooms were spacious and each room has their own bathroom which was really convenient. Everyone felt like they had their own personal area. The pricing was fair and the checkout process was simple. We will definitely stay there again if we have another event in the area. "

"The pool is awesome and the rooftop restaurant is fabulous! Walking distance to the Dillon Amphitheater but you will be walking uphill to return to hotel so take your time and take breaks if you are a flat lander. If you are in shape, you can walk down to the marina and along the lake. Our favorite hotel near Lake Dillon!"

"Great location! Close proximity to many family activities. Love the spaciousness with lots of beds and gorgeous view from the deck. Sort of missed a tv on the main floor but it was fine to not have it too. Checkin and checkout simple and all the kitchen wares you could ever want! Wonderful to have 2 washer/dryer sets! "
