"Our family group of 20 stayed at Courtside Estates during the week including Christmas Day. Everything needed for preparing food for a large group is provided, the home is open and spacious, and the pickleball court is a huge addition. The backyard is much larger than depicted in pictures providing outdoor space for yard games. Although the house was not decorated for Christmas, we brought our own tree and decorations and celebrated Christmas. There is a closet full of board games, a pool table, inside shuffle board, a keyboard, etc. The house is located near a recreation center as well as a nice local park. We really like the house and appreciate all the owners have done to provide a perfect living situation for a large group and we would definitely rent again."

Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area. "

"The place is a bargain - and well equipped. We stayed for almost 3 months and found it clean, comfortable and very convenient to stores and town. With Main Street so close, much is within walking distance like restaurants, shops and other conveniences. The lake is a stones throw away and we often did the pleasant walk around it. Lloyd was an amazing host and could not have been more responsive to even the smallest of needs. We intend to book Lloyd's place any time we are out there."
