「Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended. 」

「Everything was as expected. Communication was very good and ran via WhatsApp. There was a reserved parking space. Via the Roku (similar to FireTV) on the TV you could log in to the most common streaming services with your own account. The small kitchen corner has everything you need to take care of yourself (fridge / freezer, microwave, stove and oven). Of course, the necessary dishes were also available. 「The areas on the rise so you have to be reasonable on it. However the apartment was newly renovated and man was i impressed. The floor had me wanting to redo my tile in my house upon return. 」

「Fijne accommodatie. Appartement zit midden in het centrum van Miami, waar makkelijk 6 personen in kunnen verblijven. Ruim en schoon. Wel gehorig als je op de slaapbank slaapt, maar daar is rekening mee gehouden dmv oordopjes en slaapmaskers. Communicatie met Mint House verloopt prima en snel! Er zit 24/7 een conciërge in de lobby. 「The property was beautiful! We traveled as a family of 4 and there was more that enough space for everyone. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable & The kitchen was well equipped. It's a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Our host were amazing from beginning to end. 「We didn’t spend too much time in the room but it was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the host was knowledgeable about the area and offered insights into nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Wynwood.」
