"The hotel was really close to transit allowing us to get anywhere we needed relatively easy. They let us store our bags early before check in so we could adventure more. Staff were helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was very nice to have! We did not use the laundry but good to know they had some for guests at an additional fee. Also had an extraordinary view of Osaka!"

"The room and hotel were clean. The room had laundry facilities and a very small kitchenette. The main reason for the poor rating related mainly to the comfort of the room. The beds were like sleeping on the floor, not even a firm futon, but a concrete floor. The 2 seater sofa was equally as hard. The apartment style hotel had no staff onsite and communication was exceedingly difficult. it was in an exceptionally convenient area though and quiet considering the location. "

"Karaksa hotel was very clean, the service was great, and the breakfast had options for every dietary preference. In addition to the core items that were available every day, there were also rotating menu options. Last but not least, the price was reasonable too. It would be better if the employees spoke English more fluently, as it would make communication easier. Also as amenities it has only public bath. It would be great if the hotel includes other amenities like exercise room or Jacuzzi. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises."

"This hotel was a great find! The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, with a subway station and 7/11 right beside the hotel and a supermarket across the street. Overall, a wonderful stay!"
