「The room was fine, parking fine, staff very courteous. Through no fault of the hotel, neighbors above on last night of stay, banged on the floor until after 4 am. Sleep was futile! Don't know if they were wrestling or what, but it sounded like a pogo stick bouncing all-night-long!」

「I arrived shortly after 3 pm which is the usual check-in time, however, I was told that no rooms would be available until 5:30p. Check out time would remain at 11am and not adjusted for the delayed check-in, which is disappointing.」
