Room was clean but there was a bit of mold in the bathroom which made it stink a bit. Other than that the beds were comfy and clean, staff was very nice and it was in a good location!

Stayed for 1 night; found a leaking shower so the floor was always wet; floors had not been swept/mopped before our arrival; noticed different items on floor/tops of furniture indicating it had not been cleaned well before our arrival. Room & bed is very small with uncomfortable bedding & pillows.

Decent price in a good location for east Oxford. That’s where the accolades end. From overly annoying/“automated” checkin to lack of comfort, this place has a lot of downside.

It was very basic but essentially all you needed. The picture did not reflect the room at all. That part was a bit missleading. The room was MUCH smaller. At the end of the day, however, it was about all I needed. Location was great.

Location-wise - 20 minutes from the city centre Clean spacious room Lucky we were facing the road so air could come in. ONLY DRAWBACKS are - Check-in instructions were a pain - the message said to do it once you are near the location, but this took 20 minutes under the summer heat- so a no-no, the person on the Ring camera tried to help, but the connection was so bad he sounded like a broken droid. The Internet was bad, too. I had a hard time using anything at all.

We got a very hot attic room in the middle of summer. There was a fan which really helped, but the window was very hard to open. The stairs were quite a hike and the quality of the place didn’t feel great. I ended up leaving a day early, which was a really good idea. The rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures. Very handy for parking and not too far from the town centre but really set your expectations low if you want to stay here.
