“This was a wonderful stay in every way. A last minute trip and this place was so close to Calais yet felt very much off the beaten track. The restaurant is excellent and the physical space beautifully presented. The staff were all very welcoming and professional. One afternoon we took a stroll around the grounds which, in the autumn sunshine were impeccably kept and very pretty. We definitely going again!”

“Ok as a stopover just out of Eurotunnel but quite basic and food offering was poor.”

“We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.”

“The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)……

“Although this property was a little run down I would say that it was good value for what it cost me.”

“Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.”
