「We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap.」

「What made our stay was Mercia - she was charming, calm & warm. Although the new owner is upgrading we had issues with our coffee making facilities in our room which we understand is in hand. Glorious breakfast,and couple of hours by the pool. We will for sure go back! 💯 」
