Located in the peaceful village of Ozeville, this charming 3-bedroom holiday home comfortably hosts up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families with children or small groups. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the home features a furnished private garden, barbecue, and electric heating for year-round comfort.

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washing machine. The living/dining room offers a TV, DVD player, and direct access to the garden through glass doors. Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms and a twin room, plus a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A children’s bed and high chair are available on request, and two pets are welcome.

Explore nearby attractions like Château de Gratot (3 km), the historic town of Coutances (6 km), and St. Vaast-la-Hougue (14 km). Enjoy tennis just 5 km away, and dine at local restaurants 10 km from the property. The Caen – Carpiquet Airport is about an hour’s drive away.
