「Wonderful stay for families. Clean rooms. Staff were super kind and helpful. Pool was very fun. Resort restaurant, Eagle Ray, had a wide variety of foods - all very good. Beach was within walking distance which was a nice break from the pool. We were able to get into the ocean up to the shore but the currents were too strong and not advisable to swim in. 「We just checked out this morning and this review is the most updated and honest. We arrived at the airport last evening. The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives. Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring. 「Loved the kids pool and the kids club. The kids had fun playing there all day. The hotel is right at the beach which was very convenient. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. I felt I received a 5 star service at the hotel. Sadly, the restaurant did not taste good. 「We have the beach front cottage which was very nice, located in the centre of all facilities easy to access. Pool is large. I booked half board however they don’t provide free drinks with food not even water which was disappointing」
