Great except for the little things

Overall, the location was what was advertised. Guest Services was very responsive via text and email. They delivered fans and had someone try to fix a flickering light. It was the little things that lowered the overall score. 1 of the 2 chairs on the back porch was broken, no A/C and no screens on the windows, lots of pans to cook with, but some had peeling non-stick surfaces, fireplace either didn't work or we couldn't figure it out and a very limited supply of towels and washclothes.
