「I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door...

「This inn and tavern were amazing! Truly one of the most beautiful places we've stayed on the central coast. It reminded us of our time in Tuscany, with it's old world charm and beautiful stonework. Our room was huge and had everything we needed for our romantic weekend away. The tavern staff were wonderful and even brought us complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary. We will definitely be back!」

「The Stavrand is a beautiful property nestled in the redwoods just a few minutes walk from downtown Guerneville. The front desk and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. We brought kayaks, for which we were shown a safe place for storage. My disappointments were: (1) the swimming pool was quite cold, and the jacuzzi was not very hot and had no operative jets, (2) housekeeping did not come clean our room during our 2-night stay, and (3) the room, though lovely, had no real separation of bed...
