The United States deemed Cape Disappointment strategically significant enough to base military fortifications there during the Civil War and World War II. "The cleanliness. Was good except the floor. The rest of the home was good for what we needed for our stay in seaside. Aside from the power outage during the tsunami advisory. That’s not their fault though. We would recommend this place"

"We had a lovely 2 room King Suite overlooking the river with a balcony. The staff were excellent, the breakfast was yummy and the pool and game areas were obviously very well care for. They even gave our dog a welcome bag. We would stay here anytime. So nice. "
