"Best place to stay in Waikiki!!!"

"We’ve stayed at the hotel a number of times the night before our early morning flights depart LAX. This time we were given a newly remodeled room and it was amazing! Clean, spacious, well lit and well appointed. We were genuinely surprised and happy. We will now look forward to staying there. They’ve done a great remodel. It’s ongoing "

"Everything we did was within walking distance from the Hotel, the Pier, the Restaurants, the Shopping and the Shows. It was great to walk to everywhere in great weather conditions, not having to drive deal with traffic or parking. "

"Wonderful view of the ocean and a great place to stay with it being in the perfect walking distance to everything you need. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be back for a third time later this year!"

"Great stay"

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Loved that they had shuttle service to and from the parks. The room was cleaned but it had a musky smell, maybe because the air wasn't on. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Furniture and bathroom is dated. It would be better if they updated the bathroom, furniture and add usb outlets. The beds are older but they were comfy to me. Housekeeping comes to clean the room every 3 days but if you need garbage out the room or fresh towels & washcloths you have to call the front desk. Our tub stopped up everytime we took a shower and the sink had a leak around the knobs so we had to wipe the counter with towels in the morning. That morning before we went to the parks we told the front desk about the problems in the room and that we need fresh towels and the garbage taken out. They said they'll have someone to look at the tub & sink & send up fresh towels. Later that evening I received a call from the hotel & she said they were moving us to another room so when we come back stop at the front desk. We returned around 10:30pm. I told the gentlemen what the front desk said earlier. He looked at his computer and said that they fixed it and we don't have to move to another room. We got to the room and they did not clean up after themselves! There was caulk in the tub and dirt. Thank God we brought some clorox wipes, dawn liquid and lysol. My niece cleaned the whole bathroom! I think we'll be staying at a Disney hotel our next visit."

"Could be a really amazing resort, in need of a face lift. The main restaurant was closed on M/T and not open until 5pm Wednesday evening which was unfortunate as our stay was M-W. Hidden costs tacked onto Expedia's cost that is supposed to be inclusive of taxes and fees. And on top of that, they charge a $49/day parking fee when each individual unit has a dedicated parking spot directly attached. Main pool was being painted so didn't get to enjoy the primary feature that was what helped us decide to book for our 4 y/o. Wasn't horrible by any means but not what we were hoping for. Won't go back, but wouldn't discourage others from trying it out."
