There was a confusion during check in, i booked four rooms but they only received 2 under my name. While the others aren't. That caused a delay but no issue. Pool was great but there's only 1 indoor shower available. And there's no hook or hanger on the changing rooms.

Terrible! This is not ACCOR GROUP quality!!!

Honestly, this is my first time giving a review. I normally don't but this time i feel the need to do so. First of all, i booked a non-smoking room but the corridor to the rooms on First Floor has cigarette smoke all the time. I noticed the corridor is sprayed with some air freshener by the housekeeping staff early in the morning (they must have noticed the smell) but it'll be the same a few hours later. Let's talk about my room, as i mentioned it's a non-smoking room but the room has cigarette smell all the time from the aircond. I noticed the smell is lesser past midnight, perhaps everyone's sleeping so no smokers around. I can't blame on the multiple stains on the bedsheets as it's quite common BUT there are many more issues! 1) The chiller is never cold at all, room temperature all the time! 2) The aircond temperature box keeps dropping even though i tried to fix it back! 3) Look at the terrible black stains on the hairdryer...how could you even allow such a thing in your room??? 4) Look at the shampoo dispenser inside the bath area, there are terrible black stains around the dispenser box...how could you even allow such a thing in your room??? 5) Look at the glass door handle (round hole) in the bath area, one ia clean but the other one has terrible black stains...how could you even allow such a thing in your room??? Helloooo...this is IBIS, owned by the world renowned ACCOR GROUP! You don't even bother about your brand!!! Worst than budget hotel!!!

pokój był nie do końca przygotowany/posprzątany,brakowało ręczników,przyborów toaletowych,mydła,brudny ręcznik do stóp w łazience,co prawda obsługa na moją prośbę wszystko doniosła,ale SUSZARKA DO WŁOSÓW została nam przyniesiona...bez wtyczki...mieliśmy ją sobie podłączyć mając odizolowane przewody...nie ryzykowałem,zwróciłem,nie dostałem innej.JEDYNIE RESTAURACJA ZASŁUGUJE NA POCHWAŁĘ.

I like everything about the hotel. the room is nice and clean.the shower room is nice. The hot water system is good. I like the Roof Top restaurant. You can have a nice of the city of Padang. The food is nice. The swimming pool is okay but the change room need a lot of improvement.

Wir haben leider keines der (hier laut Beschreibung 168) Nichtraucher-Zimmer erhalten. Vor dem Hintergrund, dass in Sumatra überall und oft geraucht wird, wundert diese angebliche Anzahl. Das Personal war sehr nett, der Zimmerservice war auch flott. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls gut. Das Bad ist ein wenig klein, erinnerte an eines aus einem Kreuzfahrtschiff. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Wir nutzten das Hotel aufgrund der recht nördlichen Lage in der Stadt als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor unserem Flug. Einen Airportshuttle gibt es wohl, aber nicht während unseres Aufenthalts. War aber kein Problem, da der Grab-Fahrer in einer Minute beim Hotel war und auch Taxis bereit standen.
