「This is an old style motel. The grounds are shared with a landscape company so there are plants everywhere and edible plants all over the property. I loved the small, quaint, clean property.」

「I’ve never been to West Palm Beach but The Jaxon made me feel like home. The decor was so refreshing. They thought of everything. They had ice already made where bigger hotels don’t offer that minor detail. They had utensils, plates a microwave and even water for me in the fridge. The candle scent and hair care and wash gel were great touches too. I am thankful for them being so thoughtful.」

「Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. 」

「If youre not bouje this is the perfect place. The check-in couldve been better as i had to contact them to get the check-in code even though it was past check-in time. Personally feel like they shouldve reached out, but whatever. It was nice for what it was.」
