Polmark Beach Cottages is a select development of traditional houses with communal courtyard gardens, located within just a few hundred meters of the beach at Harlyn Bay. At the heart of the development is Polmark, a spacious and characterful cottage featuring glistening glimpses of the sea and an enclosed garden.
The accommodation includes a generous lounge with a cosy log burner perfect for those colder winter nights after a blustery beach walk. The adjoining kitchen and dining room offers a great social space for evenings dining at home, although eating out is far too easy when you have The Pig within walking distance! There are three bedrooms sleeping 6 people in total, each featuring a beautifully fitted en-suite.
A perfect spot to relax whilst listening to the sound of the waves breaking nearby. And if the noise of the water draws you in for a dip, it’s only a two minute walk to feel the sand at your feet.
INSIDE SPACE...
You are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall with a utility space including a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a practical shower room to the side. A doorway leads through to the kitchen diner which is equipped with plenty of kitchenware and appliances, dining table and chairs overlooking the garden at the front with sea glimpses beyond. Through to the lounge, a comfortable room with peeps of blue sea again, patio doors to the garden and stairs up to the first floor.
Upstairs there are three spacious, bright and airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a wonderful view to the sea, the en-suite includes a bath with shower over. The second bedroom is also at the front looking out at the coastline, with twin beds and a modern shower room. The final room has a bunk bed and a third en-suite with bath and shower over.
